Get the best training without having to go see me. Technology has bridged the gap without physically being next to each other. Don’t worry though, you get the same attention to detail maximizing every exercise , every set, and every repetition. Along with training you can count on accountability, motivation, and nutrition counseling to maximize your time and your results. In person training I’ve done it all. Training clients at their home, work, American, or gym. If you don’t have equipment, that’s okay too. I can bring everything you need to you. In these busy times I take the guesses out of having to figure out what exercise, how much weight, how many repetitions, etc. you can expect a safety first and results driven workout program that helps you look, feel, and move your best. Your best you is just a phone call away.

My method is predicated on training smart and doing everything the right way. I always say it’s not the exercise or the piece of equipment that you are using that’s most important rather it’s how you do that exercise (form, tempo, technique).
