Looking for workouts and programs but may not need more than that like someone there to train with you. Online programs sound like an ideal fit. Here I design everything and make this a great “go-to” option. You will be provided with an extensive video library of exercises where you will know exactly how to execute each exercise. Nutrition guide to help maximize your results. You will also have weekly checkins with me to help answer any questions and still have accountability.
My method is predicated on training smart and doing everything the right way. I always say it’s not the exercise or the piece of equipment that you are using that’s most important rather it’s how you do that exercise (form, tempo, technique).
